3D Printing

Our material selection includes plastic and metal options like ABS, PA (Nylon), Aluminum, and Stainless Steel, suitable for various industrial 3D custom printing projects. Painting

Painting involves spraying a layer of paint onto the surface of the part. Colors can be matched to a Pantone color number of the customer’s choosing, while finishes range from matte to gloss to metallic.

IML

This is a manufacturing process where a pre-printed label is placed in the mold cavity before injecting molten plastic. This creates a permanent, high-quality label that is integrated with the product. IML is commonly used for packaging, automotive parts, and consumer goods.

Pad and Silk Screen Printing

Pad printing's magic lies in its silicone pad, which conforms to uneven surfaces, allowing you to decorate curved, cylindrical, and textured objects. Think pens, phone cases, golf balls, and toys. Silk screen printing creates a distinctive, textured aesthetic with its thick ink deposits. It's a favorite for T-shirts, posters, and signage.

Laser Marking / Laser Etching

Ideal for making permanent markings on the surface of many types of metals and some plastics. Laser marking doesn’t alter part geometries or cause damage to the mechanical properties of the substrate.
